Standard Shipping =3-5 business days, Tray Processing = 5 business days. Our standard of excellence is high for both order and custom tray lab processing. All orders are processed & shipped from our facilities within 1 business day. All custom trays are fabricated in the appropriate dental lab and returned within 7-10 business days from the time that your impressions are received by the dental lab. We provide 2 shipping options (Standard and Urgent) and 2 custom tray processing options (Standard and Urgent). During the check out process you will be prompted to choose the handling method appropriate for you. Orders are then handled accordingly. From the initial order all the way through to the final delivery, every time your product changes hands the status is updated in your user profile. Consistent Results. Our custom trays are fabricated with a special 1mm reservoir that is essential (yet neglected in many teeth whitening products). This ensures that the entire tooth is immersed and in constant contact with the active ingredient of the whitening gel. This produces consistent whitening results and optimizes whitening process. This is of particular importance for the spaces between teeth, tops of the teeth, and even on the back side of teeth (which affects the way light travels through the tooth and thus the visible shade of the tooth). Products using ‘whitening strips’ produce inconsistent results, cannot effectively whiten areas between the teeth (resulting in noticeably uneven ‘striping’), and actually contact 40% or less of the tooth surface. Whitening products that are ‘painted on’ are inherently washed away almost instantly by normal saliva flow. Therefore, these products are not very effective due to the very short contact time with the teeth.

Little or No Sensitivity. Our unique 22% and 35% Carbamide Peroxide based bleaching gels are water-based to minimize tooth dehydration (which is a major cause of sensitivity). Most of you won't have to worry about having this problem. But for the small percentage of people who will, we recommend you wear the bleaching trays for only 30 minutes per day versus the normal 1-3 hours. Also, instead of wearing them everyday, you may want to wear them every other day. The whitening process will take a little longer, but this should limit or stop the sensitivity issue.
